Jared Hoeflich Jared came to Benchmark with experience in design and construction gained while working with a large international construction firm and a strong desire to facilitate teamwork to deliver successful projects. Those who work with Jared grow to understand and appreciate his passion for development and his firm, but fair, leadership style. Jared loves a challenge and the opportunity to put solutions in place. Jared enjoys working with the Benchmark team to manage risk and to deliver quality projects that meet the goals of the client.
While away from the office, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters and any mountain activity, including rock and ice climbing, mountain biking, backcountry skiing and mountain climbing. |
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University, Jared held a variety of positions on several project types, including commercial, education, industrial, hospitality and public projects. Most recently Jared was responsible for the design and construction team in a $125,000,000 renovation of the 1908 Landmarked Blackstone Hotel on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The hotel is once again a premier 332-room luxury hotel in the Chicago market.
