With his diverse background and experience as Contractor, General Contractor and Project Owner, Jason culminates a combined perspective, and provides vital leadership on any team. Today, Jason enjoys bringing projects to life in the development process, and takes great pride in molding a projects vision into a constructed reality. When not at work, he looks forward to family time with his wife and two children. Jason also has a passion for the outdoors. When work and home allow, he often retreats to the mountains for some combination of hiking, camping, rock climbing or ice climbing. |
Among the third generation in his family to work in construction, Jason’s roots run deep in the industry. After reinforcing his background with an Architectural Engineering degree at Milwaukee School of Engineering, Jason joined a top ranking national General Contractor/Construction Management firm. During his 8 years at M. A. Mortenson Company, he became a skilled Project Manager, completing projects in numerous sectors including; healthcare, sports/events centers, civic and justice, high-tech/laboratory, and institutional. With a proven track record, Jason’s greatest management strengths are budget control and a technical knowledge of project scheduling. In 2006, after many successful projects, Jason left general contracting to join Benchmark Enterprises, LLC, combining his knowledge of project management, design and construction with planning and development.
